Ethyl Vanillin Crystals (CAS # 121-32-4) is a flavouring agent that is 2 to 4 times more powerful than vanillin.
Firstly, It forms fine crystalline needles and is used in different food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics’ industries. Also, it belongs to the family of Methoxyphenols and derivatives. These are compounds containing a methoxy group attached to the benzene ring of a phenol moiety.

It is worth mentioning that when using this compound in vaping liquid preparations, you can make your PG flavour concentrate as 8% solution. That is 80g Ethyl Vanillin in 1L PG. Then you can use 2.5ml from this 8% PG flavour concentrate to add up to other ingredients in forming a 100mL vaping e-liquid. That is based on the recommendation of using up to 200 ppm in the flavour liquid preparation, which means 200mg/L = 0.2g/L.
This is why; you should add a 2.5ml of your prepared 8% Ethyl-Vanillin PG flavour concentrate to a 100ml vaping liquid finished product; to go along with the recommended 200 ppm concentration.
